Genuine Plantronics CS540 Replacement Battery

If your headset base shows Plantronics C054A this is the battery for you.

Compatible with:

• CS540

A GENUINE battery has 84479-01 or 84479-11 printed on it.

A new battery provides up to 7 hours talk time after a 3 hour charge.

For best performance, it is recommended that these batteries be replaced every 2 years.
Or, as soon as you find your headset running out of charge too quickly.

Low Battery Warning

If you are on a call and the headset battery is critically low, you will hear a repeated single low tone every 15 seconds indicating the battery is low.  You should recharge the headset immediately.

If you are not on a call and press the call button, you will hear three low tones if the battery is critically low.  You should recharge the headset immediately.

Replacement Guide

To remove the battery:

1. Slide the battery cover off and remove it from the headset.
2. Pull the battery out of the attachment clip.
3. Grasp the battery connector and disconnect from the headset.

To install a new battery:

1. Plug the new battery to the battery connector.
2. Once connected, slide the battery into place.
3. Slide the cover back on and push it into place.
