No more rushing back to your desk to answer calls. The Plantronics APA-2 Electronic Hook Switch module enables wireless headset users to place or receive calls without the need to lift your handset. This eliminates the need for a mechanical device such as the Plantronics HL10 handset lifter.
When a call is received, you will hear a tone in your ear. Simply press the talk button to answer the call. Press again to hang up.
The APA-2 (part number 38348-01) is compatible with the full CS line of Plantronics wireless headsets such as the Plantronics CS60, CS70N, CS351N, CS361N and Voyager 510, and the following phone models:

- Alcatel IP Touch 4038
- Alcatel IP Touch 4068
- Alcatel/Lucent Touch 4029
